A: All flights should be booked exclusively through Allfly. After this, register for the trip by [enter date] so we can ensure all arrangements are lined up to make this an amazing experience for you and your adult guest.


Q: are there any REQUIREMENTS when booking my flight?

A: All flights should be booked exclusively through Allfly. Please refrain from using direct airline websites or third-party platforms like Expedia, as these bookings will not be paid for by Netspi.

All flights must arrive on April 2, 2025 and depart on April 5, 2025 - You may not alter the program dates to arrive late or depart early. You may however extend your stay up to 2 days prior and post program event dates. Please note that all trip extensions must be paid by the attendee and will not be covered by NetSPI.


Q: what happens after i register?

A: After you have completed your registration, you are all set! Additional emails will be sent leading up to the event date with event information and details. We will reach out to you directly should we have any questions regarding your registration.


Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRESIDENT’S CLUB PACKAGE?

A: The following amenities for you and your adult guest are included in your President’s Club package:

  • Roundtrip Airfare for you and a guest

  • Transportation to/from the airport to the hotel

  • Hotel accommodations + all inclusive food and beverage

  • CHOICE OF GOLF, SPA, OR EXCURSION FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST

  • Taxes, resort fees, and all gratuities


Q: CAN I EXTEND MY STAY – OR ARRIVE EARLY?

A: If you would like to extend or modify your stay, please contact the event planners at netspi@rnepartners.com to check availability and group rates. You will also be able to request additional nights during the registration process. The cost of additional days is your personal responsibility and will not be covered by NetSPI.


Q: What time should I arrive and depart?

A: It is suggested to arrive by 3:00PM on Wednesday, April 2nd so there is plenty of time to get settled before the welcome cocktail. Please book your flight into Los Cabos International Airport. Departure time on Saturday, April 5th can be based on your preference.


Q: DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

A: If you are coming from outside of Mexico, then yes! Passport details are required to book flights for you and your President’s Club guest.

If you do not have a passport, or if your passport is going to expire within the next six months, please apply for/renew your passport as quickly as possible with your country’s passport authority.

Please allow six to eight weeks to obtain your new passport. You may also decide to expedite a passport in 2-3 weeks for an additional cost. NetSPI is not responsible for any passport fees or charges to expedite your new passport.


Q: HOW MANY ELECTRONICS CAN I BRING?

A: Mexican customs regulations only allows one portable computer per foreign arrival, including laptops and tablets. Travelers who bring more than one device face taxes of up to 19% of the deemed value of up to $4,000 of the device
